While the dyes are colorfast, it is a good idea to keep your scarf out of extended exposure to sunlight. Don’t hang your scarf in a window.
The silk dyes used on your scarf have been heat-set for permanence. You can hand-wash your scarf in cool water with mild soap. Be careful not to rub or twist the scarf or let it soak for a long period of time in water.
Hang to dry over a towel on a rack. Press your scarf from the reverse side, using a warm/silk iron setting. Do not bleach or dry clean, the use of harsh chemicals could damage the look and feel of the silk.
While the scarf is colorfast, prolonged exposure to sun light can damage the intensity of colors Kept in your closet when not in use, you will enjoy your scarf for many years.
